buzbegone
First off, you made a fail of a poll. Secondly, yes it is inevitable but don't be so goddamn negative! I mean, the game hasn't even been releaed.
OutOfTimer
I know for a fact that modders will mod/hack the game straight away. ...and you are right, my friend. This game is going to be modded, hacked and raped so hard that your whole multiplayer activity will consist of either desperately trying to evade swarms of rockets or getting hit by them in the face. Feel free to check my signature to prepare yourself for this awesome experience. By the way, you fail at making polls.

NTAuthority
Yes, obviously the FileCheckFix will be upgraded for patch 6 and then hacked so we can also enjoy cheating idiots on the PC version. And, luckily, also modding non-idiots who use their mods for fun. By the way, I voted 'YesNo'. Inactive in GTA/R* title modification indefinitely pursuant to a court order obtained by TTWO. Good job acting against modding!

And, luckily, also modding non-idiots who use their mods for fun. By the way, I voted 'YesNo'. I couldn't be bothered to actually vote. I have no idea how the game will be delivered in any case. If it is using existing setup, and if a patch 6 is in the works, then I must assume that scripthook needs to be updated first. If and when that scripthook is updated, then existing mods could (in theory) be updated fairly quick. Of course I am assuming that the DLC's are integrated into existing GTAIV setup, and possibly that EFLC would also be able to integrate into existing GTAIV setup. Regarding the separate EFLC, that would effectively be a complete new game, and existing mods might have to remove all sorts of stuff that was valid for GTAIV but not for EFLC.
