What is your favorite old video game system?

A lot of my favorite games are on PS1, so yeah, I'd go for it.

I'm going with gamecube, don't ask me why but I used to play the hell out of it when I was a kid. I got into gaming late(I was born in 1993, got the GC in like 2002) so screw me.

The best game on the Genesis is Sonic the Hedgehog 2. That game is awesome. I like the Genesis alot.

snes was my first console and was wowing me with games like stunt race fx and star fox, bloody hell its hard to imagine those days now before the internet as we know it and even before mobiles became the must have item. but i was still happy with my bazooka light gun lol.

It was a tough choice between the SNES and N64 for me, but I chose SNES because of Super Metroid.

And I'm sorry, but the PS2, despite being a decade old, isn't "old" enough to qualify, imo.

I used to read a lot - then I got the PS2, followed by the Wii, the DS, the 360, another 360, 360 elite and finally the PS3 slim, 250gb that I got only a couple of months back.

 

Since my first console was the PS2 that counts as old since it IS the oldest I have known, (or atleast owned), to me, anyway.
