He is a borderline psychopath, scarred by his childhood, and now geniunely believes that killing the scumbags the Mafia orders him to take out makes the city a better place. Occasionally goes on vigilante rampages usually sparked by particulary vivid dreams of his parents deaths. Has no problem killing criminals, corrupt cops or civilians that get in his way. That'd get many users annoyed... You start with $2000, and you can buy businesses (you can classify to live there & you make money!), homes and cars (you can also classify this as where you live.)

 

It's a penthouse suite, and built for the city's wealthiest people.

 

I can see what you mean. I myself, have $100,900 (Made from extortion and business revenue) and I still can't afford it.

 

For example, being the Mayor, gives you the chance to "dip in" to the government fundings (which would be illegal, but realistic).

Its $5000... $2200 is how much you make out of it (per game).

You can buy it, but you will have to borrow a loan off the Government. I act as the banker, and confirm with the board (other moderators), whether we accept your loan for an additional cost (interest). If you don't feel that way.. You can get someone to pull some strings. (A mob to extort you, who will have the government backing them through bribes). But remember, if you do that, you might end up paying around $500 per game to them.

Yeah, it kinda' is just GTA IV (Vanilla) because of the purpose of other users. I might start to play GTA IV BOGT for extra-sessions (depending who's on, and who's not).
