dungarosie Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 Hello, I have completed all the story misions, some other misions such as stevie and brucie etc. and some of the characters ecept Sara, eddie Low 2 and Marnie 2. I did not not complete those because they do not apear. I visited the place them should apear quite often but they aint never there. can anybody tell me why? Mokrie Dela Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 firstly, this should be in the IV section, not the BoGT section. Secondly, the random charecters spawn at varying times of day. Eddie low for example spawns at late night i think. I encountered him at like 4/5AM. Just wonder around at different times, you should find them The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.
