Jass5991 Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 I got a problem. ENB Does not start no matter how many files i download. I downloaded d3dx9_26.dll, d3dx9_33.dll, d3dx9_40.dll. GTA San Andreas just wont start. Here are my system specs (PS< Not high end PC, pls don't make fun of this) Windows Vista 32 bit Business 1GB Ram Intel Core 2 Duo CPU Intel® Q35 Express Chipset Family Pls tell me if there are any files i need or whether my PC just can't run it. Thanx. Hi jazz, Just follow these steps: d3dx9_33.dll This is because you are missing a file. Step 1. You can download http://www.d3dx9.net/download-missing-d3dx9_33-dll/ here. Step 2. Paste this file into your system32 and system folder. Also put it in your syswow Step 3. Navigate to your System32(32Bit OS) or SyWOW64(64Bit OS) Folder. Note: The location of System32 or SyWOW64 is C:Windows\System32 (If you are using 32Bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (if you are using 64Bit Windows) Step 4.Paste the d3dx9_33.dll into this folder.
