Need Help With ENB

I got a problem. ENB Does not start no matter how many files i download.

 

I downloaded d3dx9_26.dll, d3dx9_33.dll, d3dx9_40.dll.

 

GTA San Andreas just wont start. Here are my system specs (PS< Not high end PC, pls don't make fun of this)

 

Windows Vista 32 bit Business

 

1GB Ram

 

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU

 

Intel® Q35 Express Chipset Family

 

Pls tell me if there are any files i need or whether my PC just can't run it.

Firstly why not use the enb topic? and secondly your gunna need to supply more information, does the game start, does it give an error message or does enb just not show any effects in game?

GTA SA does not start at all. No error message. And i can't see if there aren't any effects in game because THE GAME WON'T START.

 

P.S. I don't want to request help from there because i might not get a reply

I have the same problem. I installed all directX files but nothing.

Just follow these steps:

d3dx9_33.dll

This is because you are missing a file.

Step 1. You can download http://www.d3dx9.net/download-missing-d3dx9_33-dll/ here.

Step 2. Paste this file into your system32 and system folder. Also put it in your syswow

Step 3. Navigate to your System32(32Bit OS) or SyWOW64(64Bit OS) Folder.

Note: The location of System32 or SyWOW64 is

C:Windows\System32 (If you are using 32Bit Windows)

C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (if you are using 64Bit Windows)

Step 4.Paste the d3dx9_33.dll into this folder.

Step 5.Run the game. It might work now.

I have same problem, I tried that and it didn't work
