I'm still curious as to why they haven't integrated a cellphone feature into the PSP. I remember that was one of the things that was going to make it stand out when they were first announcing it, and sh*t, I'd buy a PSP before I'd even consider buying an iPhone.

You can listen to music while viewing photos, just press the home button while listening to music, then go to view your pics on your PSP.

I have fully tried it, i just never bought one because i thought they were sh*t.

And as this is a games forum, im entitled to express my opinion in anyway i like,

Portability, you can bring them places and provide functionality that would otherwise be completely unavailable.

PSP is far from useless. With your comment, you're also saying Portable TVs, Portable Radios, MP3 & 4 players are useless and practically any portable device

Also, while I am not a current owner of a PSP, I would like to add that my PSP was at my side as much as my pistol and tool box during my time in the US Army. From the start, at MEPS in downtown Pittsburgh, that PSP proved its usefulness. Hell, this may sound nerdy, but back during my juntior year of high school, during the prom, me and my girlfriend (who I damn near married and was with for almost 7 years) got pissed off at everyone for f*cking up the prom. So we called back the limo, got our sh*t, and rode the 45 minute ride home watching the FF Advent Children and having sex. Yes. My PSP got me f*cking laid on top of keeping me from shooting myself due to boredom while in the army.

 

Now the DS. I f*cking hate that thing. Not saying it is bad or that it has no use. I just don't like it.

I'm pretty sure there's quite a large area in between "useless" and "the best invention ever". It's pretty likely that the PSP falls in this area along with most things.

 

There's no doubt that the thing has uses: MP3/Video player, mobile storage, games etc. those functions are uses, while you may not need them yourself, you are objectively wrong in saying that it is useless. Deal with it you prick.

Lol, I've owned a psp ever since they've been out, I've had a psp100, psp2000, psp300, and just about to get a pspgo. And right NOW I own a PSP2000 & 3000.

 

Nintendo products are ok, but I'm a Playstation/xbox kinda guy.
