Check it out and look around for your problem. Hope you sort it out http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?kernel32 Look on that site aswell, you may be missing it or something. Make sure you have the latest patch, and have updated windows. That may help. If none of that works for you, then try reinstalling GTA4.
