Museum Piece

Hi all.

My first post. I'm running into a a game lockup during Museum Piece. Immediately after the cut scenes when I'm supposed to find cover, the game freezes with me crouching holding a rifle. After a minute or so it finally clears and leaves with with a Windows error phoning home to find a fix for the problem. I've completed all missions up to this point without any problems.

 

Any ideas?

Have you tried more then once?

 

Sometimes things like these happen, you will either have to upload your savegame for someone else to pass that bit for you or get a savegame with that mission passed from the savegame arena.

I uninstalled and re-installed the game, played it in safe mode and still no dice. From what I've read replacing a saved game can be a nightmare. I dread starting over. Me and motorcycles don't get along too well. :-)

Are we any further forward with this problem? There are a few crashes in-game at the same point...my first was 'Shadow'...but I managed to work around it. The second one was the Liberty City bank job. Always at the cut scene where the chopper comes in...got around that by bypassing the cut scene.

 

This one has me stumped. HEEEEEEEEEEELP!
