'Ssup ppl i use this program to convert all sort of 3d files and i decided to help you ,so there isnt 3ds format and then dff,now you can do it without any complications...so i wont make any shi't anymore i will juss give you a link and hope dat u will give me good respect and rank:

You wont be able to use it for peds, cars, or maps.

 

Why? Because it dosnt support anything else but mesh exporting.

I recommend: 3D MAX with Kams or Deniska's scripts.
