It allow You to get in, what is impossible in original version of the game. Here's the file download link: DOWNLOAD Here's a short instruction of installation: 1. Just download IMGTool 2 from here 2. Go to ...\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\Models\ 3. In gta3.img and gta3.dir settings uncheck Read Only! 4. Open GTA3.IMG with IMGTool a) Find dts_shops1.txd, remove it, (DEL button) and Confirm b) Find dowbikershop.dff, remove it c) Find Downtows.col and Replace it (CTRL + R) on new downtows.col file c) Add new unpacked files (CTRL+A) dts_shops1.txd dowbikershop.dff from archive d) Rebuild Archive (Commands>Rebuild Archive) PLAY THE GAME!
