99.5% complete cannot find Brian 2 & 3

Okay I have literally done everything there is to do in the game except for find this guy the second and third time. I've scoured the Internet and these forums for a solution for the past two weeks to no avail. I realize most people are having issues finding him the third time, however, I can't even find him the second time. I've gotten all the other random pedestrians in full, I have no more missions to do, pretty much no more reason to play this game except to get 100% and this fu**er is the only thing holding me back. I've tried taking a taxi, driving there myself, driving around and coming back. I've tried meeting him in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night, and he just will not appear. This is one of the few games I've bought for PC, and now I can't even get my moneys worth because of some bug or something. I would really appreciate any help. This forum is all I've got left to help me. I made an account just to get some help for this. Thanx in advance, I anxiously wait for your replies.

You sure you didn't get him at the very beginning of the game? You can find him pretty early. If I can't find someone I usually cause a lot of trouble near by and keep going in the area where they show up and they have always eventually shown up. I had 1 game where I couldn't get Mrs Faustin to show up so I started causing trouble with the gang down there. I had a great gun battle going with them and all of a sudden I see her. I was almost disappointed that I had to give up the battle.

Either that of just do whatever and keep going back there. Sometimes they are hard to get to show up. It sux.

-Finding them should be extremely easy.

-If you are REALLY having a hard time finding him, go to "whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com" via Internet Cafe, and it gives out Random Character Locations. (Click on one of the posts)
