Criminals/mugshots question

Yes, I searched for the word "criminals" saw a post from June 2009 referencing criminals wasted.

 

When you're on a mission to have a large number under "criminals wasted" you'd be surprised how many of them are on foot or in cars, either driving or riding as passengers. Sometimes there's even cars with all 3 types in the same car.

 

Except for watching cops chase them regularly is there a photo guide of all the criminals? If you consistently see the cops chase certain peds you pretty much can guess that ped type as a criminal so anytime you see this ped type, waste them and observe your stat.

I can take pictures of the ones I know.

 

 

In LS I noticed a Mexican looking guy with suglasses and dark Plaid Shirt, a Black Guy with short hair, mostly blue with small stripes shirt and then a white biker dude with sunglasses and a snake jacket. The white guy usually makes some nasty comment about your tattoos, the black one often talks about a 1-8-7, the mexican often says Por Favor or Pendejo, move!. Most highest concentration seems is either in El Corona or near commerce/verdant bluff.

 

In LV, especially near Prickle Pine there's a white guy with a Mohawk, often times seen jacking a car.

 

What are the others I'm missing? I'm guessing each county has 3 types and if you see the same 3 in a new county they're not classified as criminals but I could be wrong. I know if you see a vehicle being chased by cops and shooting back, no matter who is in this car they count as criminals wasted as well. If a cop is chasing a ped that ped is NOT automatically a criminal, it has to be a certain type of ped.

I saw someone reference a guy with a surgical mask (?) in another post somewhere.

 

How are they scored in respect points? Is it like kill 10 get 1 free? When I experimented the one example I tried, I killed 1, he didn't drop any money or weapons, I resaved the game and my respect went up a whopping .599 points (as seen with the save editor.) When I tried again killing 1 and resaving it went up 0 points.

I don't think there is 3 in every state, there might be more. I remember some times when I saw that black guy with the red sunhat & red pants steal a car, but that could have been a glitch.

 

You forgot SF. In there, there is a black guy with a light blue shirt, tan(?) khakis, and some kind of hat on his head, that looks like a ball. There's also a Hispanic guy in a pinkish/purplish shirt, with some jewelery. ( I don't really know if he is a criminal).

 

Also, in LV, they have this Hispanic ped who wears a blue-and-white striped shirt, with a moustache. He's a criminal cause I've seen the police chase him, and he stole my car once.

 

I have no idea how the respect system works for wasting criminals. I'm guessing its around .5 points for killing 1 person, but I could be wrong.

I didn't forget SF, just didn't recall what the SF one(s) look like. I don't think you get .5 for wasting a criminal but can't verify it either way. Wasting an enemy gang member gives you a very SMALL amount of respect, wasting a drug dealer gives you more but there's far less of them, not sure how much a cop gives but I know you have to have a wanted level first before they start counting, so, somewhere in there is a number for criminals. The drug dealers in SF look very similar to the LS white criminal, this might be a PC thing though because when I saw the territory glitch thread they took a picture of the usual dealer you see in LS.

What game is that refering to?

There are no 'hospital' masks in GTA:SA (on the streets) that I've rememberer seeing.

The Only 'Chriminal' that I have noted as affecting the score is the 'Biker' Dude in the 'leathers'.

If you play the mission "Yay-Ka Boom" [or whatever it's called] you can see the drug makers wearing the masks. I can't guarantee that the guide is correct but those people are in GTA:SA.

Darrin thanks for the post, I have taken ingame snapshots of all 9 regular criminals and will post them, somewhere, imageshack probably. Although the list you have there is extensive I have never seen more than the same 9. There are 3 in LS that also appear on the outskirts of SF and LV but the 3 from SF are exclusive to SF and the 3 in LV are exclusive there as well.

There's also "temporary" criminals, these are the ones hanging out the windows of a car, shooting and being chased by the cops. They can even be gang members, even GSFs, if you pop them it counts as criminals wasted, NOT gang members wasted.

Message 1 of 3, here are the Los Santos Criminals. Seen in Los Santos and outskirts of LV or SF.

I thought it would be funny to include the picture of the hispanic dude in the 24/7. Even in the store if you waste him it counts as a wasted criminal. This is the guy that never seems to insult CJ and if you aim a gun at him he pleads for his life, even in traffic he's relatively polite when blocked. Only way to tick him off is crash your car into his a couple times or punch him.

 

2nd dude usually makes fun of your Tatts, "Did you let your sister draw on you?"

 

3rd dude loves to see a murder, he comes running all excited, yeah a 187!. AKA "Rusty Brown Donut Eating Gangster!"

Message 2/3, these are the criminals of SF, I have never seen them ouside of SF.

The only one that has ever talked to CJ is the 3rd guy and that most certainly does look like a shower cap!

Message 3/3, and Finally, the criminals of LV, I have never seen them anywhere else other than LV. The only one that speaks often is the third one, similar to the white guy in LS, usually pokes fun at CJ.

When I saw all 3 criminals in the same car I wish I had the camera, that's about as rare as seeing 4 OGs in a car.
