If so, the hasty machete kill is my favourite.

The sounds he makes when hacking at his neck are awesome.

machete one for me too or that baseballbats third(gruesome) execution, its so badass, first cash strangles dude with bat then hits his brains out

What about disemboweling the victim through the crotch using a scythe? That's pretty f'ing painful right there.

I wouldn't really regard it as an Old Game though. Guess it depends on how far back you've been playing games.

Manhunt is the most messed up game, i remember playing it a bit as a kid lol. Not much i can remmeber apart from suffocating a guy with a plastic bag near the beginning, and i remember killing someone while they were takin a piss. Oh yea and that weird ass piggsy thing with the chainsaw, some freaky sh*t right there.

The hammer kills are brutal as well.

I don't remember much from Munhunt apart from the plastic bag kills, and stabbing shards of glass into people's heads.

 

A while ago I was watching an uncensored kills vidoe for Manhunt 2. My favourite was ripping their balls off.

 

I remember afterwards my balls felt a bit sore after watching it. lol

It's definitely more gruesome than the first.

 

And yeah. Manhunt isn't exactly old compared to games like Tetris and Space Invaders...
