Hey dudes can any one tell me how to add a hole new ped in gta sa without replacing any one else

This belong in the coding section but I can tell you the basics. You have to create a ped model, call them what you want, example:

 

cop1.dff

cop1.txd

 

Now you have to use code to spawn it in game and this belongs in the coding section.
