ATi mobility 4650 1GB?

My laptop has Core 2 due 2.8ghz, 4 gb ram, ATi HD 4650 1gb.

I can't even play at the lowest setting.

Is there anyway to play without hardware upgrade?

If you are running Vista or Windows 7, grab some empty flash drives, and use Ready Boost, to increase page file capacity. Just try it on Windows 7 64 Bit.

I think your laptop should play it ok. Google similar specs and see.

Why can't you play? Horrible performance? Inability to run? You should be able to play decently on at least medium.

mine averages around 30 fps [or more, well bench ~40fps] with mins around 20 fps on my laptop (same gfx and similar otherwise). wait, that's after oc. but even before oc it was running quite well. settings all high (not very or -est ) view d. 21 detail. d. 10. vehicle, i think it was 25, shadow obviously 0, vsync off, res 1366x768 [native]..

 

sorry 4 the messy list, i was too lazy to get the laptop up and running.

 

[and as a side note, pls no OT bout how wrong ocing ur laptop is, i know what i'm doing. i only apply the settings on AC (incr. bat. usg.) and have increased the fan speeds, so the temps stay just as low as on stock clocks if not lower. it's now basically 4670, so who says it's not worth it? {rhetorical question}]
