Don't be surprised if you hit another bottleneck with that CPU though. I wouldn't think your CPU would be a bottleneck but, you never know with this game man. They would literally need to write the game from scratch and take advantage of the video card processing more instead of porting it and have it use cpu more. But really they get told what to work with so I cant really blame rockstar for doing it this way. Edit: I will try and find a video to display what I mean. If the game loads slowly, it'll probably run slowly too anyway. So your plugging one hole and there's still 3 others. Are there actually instances where the game loads slowly and plays fast? That wouldn't seem to make sense. If the game is taking past the opening song to load then you need to turn off Vsync to resolve the issue..
