R4MP4G3 Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Crap! That's some amazing work. I like the different features that you put into the game. The only problem that I see is the time era. If they were to continue the story, at least in my opinion, I think that they should keep everything in the 80's like they had in the first Vice City. That means that you would have to get rid of all those modern weapons. Besides, I think it would look better if you saw a 1970's charger driving down the street rather than a 2000's Honda Civic or something. In my opinion, tradition would look a lot better rather than modernizing the gameplay. I hope they make the next GTA, Vice City, continue the story from the last one, keep all the same characters like Tommy Vercetti, Cortez, Kenny and others. That would be totally kick a**! It's 6AM now so I think I'm going to go to bed, I have nothing on tomorrow so I thought I'd stay up and finish this off. I didnt like the idea of re making VC but uv changed my mind! Well done. One thing i wanna see in the Radio is somethin not seen in GTA b4. Something like Aussie Hip Hop. good aussie hip hop. There are 3 rap and hip hop radio stations:modern, east and west coast but you forgot the most important, a station which plays Florida rap and hip hop. I'd be happy to make that station if you want. They're already on the map It says it under the Gun store icon that the variations are Jerrys gunstore, Ammunations and the ones you suggested. @Arcturus Some weapons could be swapped, I wanted mostly equal amounts in most weapon types, so more were added to balance other types which had more so there are some pointless ones in there - but theres always pointless guns in GTA @AnthMUFC-Champs Which vehiles do you feel are too over the top? I tried to add in some vehicles that would be more fun than the pretty basic ones from GTAIV: -The BF injection is a returning car -The Quad would be found at offroad tracks, woodlands, and possibly near the beach -The Kart would be at a go kart track (could be taken out though, this one is a little OTT) -The BMX is just a common sort of bike -The Nipper, Vortex and Jet Ski are all different one man water vehicles - theres a lot of water in Miami/Vice City -The Rhino is at Fort Baxter military base, and is what will come for you on 6 stars -The VCPD Coquette would be similar to the undercover Cheetah from VC -The VCPD bike is a real life police bike, just edited for VC colours and VCPD. -Dyablo was the beta name for the Infernus, so this is the Infernus' sister car from the Pegassi car company. -Viper is a Bugatti veyron, this would be found only in the richest of areas -Cheetah is a returning car -Dodo, Shemal and Hydra are all returning planes; The Hydra would only be at Fort Baxter -Cerberus is also at Fort Baxter -Skimmer is a returning plane -Veteran is similar to SA's rustler, this would be at the abandoned runway on the map -Stinger GT, Samurai X and the Ninja-GTR are all japanese import tuning cars, common street racing which will be in the game -Kaneda is a japanese sports bike, with its name derrived from the biker in the famous anime movie "akira" -C75-GTR is a compact sports car, this wouldnt be common at all -Manchez-S is an updated version of the Manchez from Liberty City Stories @ Sidekick drop me a PM with some ideas and we'll see what fits Thanks to everyone for the feedback! I had the same problem, thats why I split this into 3 posts On the radio station one It cut off the last two, but then I did it using the scripted window to add the IMG code and it worked.
