If you are using Sixaxis, pitch the controller down and up. Can't recall if there is a specific button that can be assigned.

 

But then again, there's always the old trick of switching to your next weapon and quickly switching back.

Forgot to add earlier, it might be disabled. Check under Controls - SIXAXIS. You can enable or disable SIXAXIS for the various tasks, such as bowling and darts, bikes and boats and so on.
