Well, it seems the mod is totally dead. Even 0.3 isn't available no more. Happily I'm the proud owner of installers of IV 1.0.7.0 and EFLC 1.1.2.0 so if someone would love to get 'em just write.

I was a GTA IV WTC Mod since started 2011 to 2013 when I found Hbx84 was designing two amazing twin towers. He messaged me first about his laptop got stolen and his files were trapped inside his lapto

That roof and those columns are just added and were not part of the original 107th floor.

 

Here's pre 1996 northeast corner of WoW.

WoW closed from the 1993 bombing. In 1996 the new renovated WoW opened. Same area.

I though the whole 107th floor was WoW.

The whole 106 and 107th floor were WoW, but the main restaurant was in that corner.

 

The pre 1996 version did extend to the south side as seen in these three pictures.

This room, where hbx84 put on the southeast side, is actually that big room on the northwest side, also used for weddings etc.

Back in the 70s, 80s and the 90s were the best... It's funny some of my friends do not understand old films... They were born in 1995 or 1996. I'm a 1994 kid and I do remember some good 90s stuff. Even the music smile.gif

Here's a wedding in 2000, NOT 1992 (judging by West Street, a hotel built in 2000, the fashions, and the post 1996 room I just talked about.)

Just saw he made a part of the parking garage aswell. Looks good from what I can see, question is how game friendly the model would be.

 

edit: quite a lot models there... WTC7 lobby, subway, etc... Hats off to this guy if he made that all by himself and not stole some things.
