But, it's your choice if you want to stop the development on this mod because of that.

I don’t speak about money for money, I speak about recognition. When someone makes something that I like, I give him something, for example money.

 

For example, when you like a song, don’t you buy it to support the singer ? Or maybe do you think that as he enjoyed making it, you don’t need to support him ?

 

That’s what happens to me. Imagine all the hours I have been working on it… Imagine all I could have done instead of staying in front of my computer… go out with my friends, girlfriend, or even more time to study….

 

And I repeat once gain, I JUST ASK A LITLLE THING (for example one dollar) so “some people dont have much money” is not an argument !

I am asking almost nothing ! But what has irritated me the most, is this

 

 

 

0,00 € ! How do you want the economy to work if you’re not even able to give 20 cts to a poor young boy who is trying his best to please you !

“some people arent able to donate” only a credit card is needed !

 

I hope you won’t get me the wrong way… I don’t want you to feel I work only for money, but I am just surprised by the lack of gratifying

 

And no I won’t stop the 0.3 development, by the way the plaza is unrecognizable

i could try to open a paypal account, though not sure if its possible under 18 xD but well, your work is amazing and people charge much money for a much worse work, so you deserve something... but well, i still need my money for myself atm (drivers license etc) but i think if i get the chance, i will give you 5 or 10^^

Btw, the 93 memorial. Was that anything to do with the explosion in the WTC car park some time in the 90's? Also I have to do a 9/11 tribute for US history becasue the 10th anniversry is coming up. This mod may be a huge help.

 

Edit: The bottom half of this screen is shifted over.

 

Edit2: Can you upload some pics of the plaza veiwed from the Resterant, WTC1 roof, WTC1 intena, WTC2 roof, and from a heli flying by? Id like to see what it looks like. Also after the plaza what will you work on next? WTC2 lobby, or the WTC2 roof, or something else.

I know this may not be all that important but you should consider puting the WTC in Yusif's gold model of Algonquin.

You have had none stop support for over a year! Money isnt something everyone has spare right now, and some people are to young to donate.

 

Many people have contributed for free to this project, research people, texturers, coders, tool developers etc... and gtarandom who taught you many things, and has contributed hugely to the project, for free. Everyone was doing it for free. I think everyone thought it was a joint collabaration to bring the wtc back to life as a memorial during our spare time. Just because you havent recieved money, doesnt mean people dont respect you, and appreciate your work. People have already told you a couple of months ago, that tehy will donate when they can. But this project shouldnt be about money, you shouldnt turn this into a business.

 

I dont mean to be nasty, honestly, I have lots of respect for you, for sticking with this project for over a year! All im saying is, you shouldnt get upset, and angry at having not recieved a donation. People may or may not donate to you in the future, and any donatiom you do recieve, you should see as an added bonus, not a requirement!

Everyone's right, Hbx. Don't think you're gonna make this mod into a business. You wanted to create this yourself and we all know mods are and they HAVE to be free.

 

Of course yes, we will donate you when we can, that's the main problem. We can't do it now.

He never said we had to pay, he just would have appreciated a donation for all of his hard work and dedication that he has put into this masterpiece.

 

I do and thoroughly disagree with donating towards this mod for the simple reason that Hbx is not by any means forced to continue with this mod or even release it to us, but he does anyway. In no way should he expect a donation just because he believes its required to continue on with the modification. If he doesn't wish to continue with the mod because no one is donating then that's his problem and not ours.

 

I'm sure that someone else would be happy to continue with this modification and keep it alive should Hbx decide that he is ignorant enough to allow this project come to a complete stop due to a financial disagreement, in this case donating which is not an essential factor of this modification.

 

I will keep supporting this mod so long as Hbx doesn't become greedy enough to release the future versions as long as there is a price to pay for it. This is a voluntary project, always has been and always should be from here on in.
