Ped vehicle spawn mod?

Is there such a mod that changes how ped cars spawn on the street so that the car you are in doesn't affect what they are driving. It really annoyed me when I found my first Sultan RS i drove down the stree and I find 3 parked on the street.

If one does not exist, does anyone know if this is possible and how it could be done.

U should be able to change the frequency of vehicles spawning on the streets if u change the number, in this example to 1, (Romans taxi vehicle), in the red circle.

Don't ask is there such a mod, ask for how to do it. Mod requests belong in the pinned request topics.

So if i wanted to double how many taxi's spawn I would change it from 40 to 80. Is that all we can do for now? nothing that removes the check for 'on screen cars' like how it is in the multiplayer game.

 

@Gangsta Killa I asked if such a mod existed. And later in the post i asked how it could be done. Why make a mod if one already exists.
