Who is the composer of this song?

An easy way to find out, is to put the Play disc in your CD drive on your PC, and play the contents using Windows Media Player-since the files are in .mp3 format, and the Radiostations are in .wav format, you can play all the sounds in Windows Media player, then when you find the track you are looking for, you can easily look it up in the game's manual that came with the game. But beware, most not all audio is real, some are made exclusively for the game and thus (can only be obtained from ripping it from the game disc. This is legal as long as you do not distrubute the files.) Just a heads up. This is the way I find out what audio is what on games.

Knowing his history with GTA audio and him being the main audio producer for many GTA games (and large part of Head/Lips), it'd likely be Craig Conner (or Stuart Ross, who has done a lot of GTA III audio too).
