My GTA IV Won't Run?

Ok,so i just recieved my gta iv copy today for the pc,i started playing without my windows live account to see if it worked properly and it worked just fine,so when i tried to log on to my windows live account it came up to install the patch,so i did.Now i've been reading posts saying that the patch more or less makes any other graphics card except from ATI or Nividia not work with the game.I have a laptop with a intel intergrated graphics card and i feel i've just been ripped off buying this game because even if i did uninstall all the files i would not be able to play online which is what i bought it for!

So is there anyway i can fix this error or would i be able to get my money back because if i can't fix it i've been ripped off.

[edit]Only now I'm remembering i can't even save the game either now!?!?

Firstly, Intel cards don't run the game at all. How did you play with it?

Well it was working fine with my intel card until i installed patch.

You haven't been ripped off, your laptop does not meet the minimum requirements.
