Possible Glitch Discovered

I have searched, but have not seen this before, so here goes: I found a glitch with dating Mille: After doing the mission "Key to the Heart" I went on the First date with Millie-did not use the Gimp Suit, btw. and Millie wanted to go eat, so I went to the Steakhouse near her house, took her home, and she asked about "coffee" and I pressed "Y" for yes, and after I gained control of CJ again, it said she really likes you now and has left the keys to her car, so I thought that was odd after the first date, and I immediately checked the stats, and it said 100% with Millie, and then when I exited the car, I got the call from Millie about getting the keycard, so I went to get it.

This is the third time I had this glitch, once on my old XP Home laptop, once on my Vista desktop, and once on my 7 laptop(the 7 laptop was today). This is a V2 game, No Cheats, This is an old Chain Game save (one before the Restart traps were added). I know it is from 2008, since I got it off my old XP laptop and I haven't played the save since then. Here is a video of getting the call about the key card and getting the key card.

I wasn't sure if the appropriate place was here or the General SA topic.? Here is a picture of the 100% with Mille after first date.

Do you have a copy of the save from sometime before that first date?

Do you mean the save from before I did that mission? I so, then yes I do, because after I did that mission, I saved in a different slot. Here is the save from before I did the mission "key to the heart". This is the one I copied directly from my old XP Home laptop.

It looks like the save has been edited; it is a Chain Game save after all. I don't remember setting the girlfriends to 100% in round 24, but that appears to be the setting for the girlfriends. Helena and Michelle are at 100%, but they'll get set to 15% when CJ meets them. Millie is at 100%, but Key to Her Heart doesn't adjust this stat when she gets enabled at the end of the mission.

I know, that's what gets me, too, I know when you first meet the girls, your stat with them starts out at 15%, so after the date and coffee, you should only get a 10% boost-I confirmed this way back with Denise-after the first date/coffee, I was at 25% with her, so that means 10% each time.? Until recently when I put the save on my 7 laptop, I haven't played that save since 2008 when I used my old XP laptop for gaming, but the hinges broke on the laptop and thus the screen quit working, so I was unable to use the PC for a while, then I got a desktop monitor for that PC, and got it working again that way, so that's how I came across the old saves. When I put in on my 7 laptop, I noticed that the ammo was maxed for all guns, and as a result I tried shooting it off, but it didn't help, so I loaded up the SA Save Editor and edited the ammo counts, and added some more gang territories to add more fun when messing around between missions/past 100%, and that's all I edited.

I thought it might be the fact that we put all the "special" clothing available from the beginning, and that might be glitching it, just like how that one outfit being unlocked early causes a false reading on SAMA.? That's one reason I posted, so I can confirm this, as you and Rubregg and Pdescobar are the Original creators of the Chain Game saves, you guys might know since you guys know more about reading scripts than I do. But, I never edit stuff like GF stats, money, body stats, etc, as I feel it makes the game less fun and entertaining when you have max. cash in the beginning and high stats in the beginning(that is not earned from playing the game). I have been playing the Chain Game since around Round 4 or 5, and I have never seen a Chain Game save with edited GF stats-It has always been 15% when you first meet them and goes up 10% with each successful date and coffee. I don't use cheats/trainers-apart from the Save Editor, but as I said, the only thing I edited were the ammo counts and added some more gang territories and that's it. Let me know if you need more info and I will try and help you determine what is the cause of the problem. I know I didn't edit the save before that, because I didn't have the Save Editor program until I got my Vista desktop, so I didn't/don't have a save editor on my old XP Home laptop... confused.gif

To add, when it happened on my XP Home laptop and Vista desktop I was wearing the Gimp suit, but this time I was wearing regular clothes. The save was not edited on my XP Home laptop, as I don't have the Save Editor on that PC. Just a heads up.

I'm not sure how that save was edited, however, currently Millie is at 100% on that Archeological Espionage save. It might have been something pdescobar and I experimented with. I don't remember. When Millie gets enabled she will keep the same stats she had. This is different than most girlfriends. Usually when you meet them they get set to 15%.
