No money drops

Hey.

 

It's been a while since I played GTA:SA, but I got an Xbox from my cousin the other day and I started the game up again. First I was playing around with some cheats just for the hell of it, and accidentally saved the game, which led to stuff like Ballas not dying and Ryder dying for no reason at all etc. So I started a new game, and didn't cheat. I'm almost at the "The Green Sabre" mission, but I've noticed something odd:

 

From what I remember, when you kill pedestrians or drug dealers, they drop cash. But not in my game. So I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem (I really don't want to erase my save game and start over AGAIN) and what can be done about it?

 

Are there any savegame editors for the Xbox version btw? My box is modded (XBMC) but the game is the original version.

Not as a fact, but I read somewhere on the net that some countries have censored the game. No cash and no/or little blood to take the reward for violence away from the player.

I think it was regarding Austrialia/New Zealand(?)

I live in the PAL territory (Europe) and whaddaya know? Not much blood either. Bought the game used in 2006 and let's see... Yup, Australian version. Damn it. Problem solved, case closed. Thanks.

As far as I know, I don't think so. The Xbox savegames should be pretty similar to the PC version, but most people seem only interested in the PS2 version. If you're still interested; could you send me the .xsv file, so I can investigate a bit? My Xbox1 is currently without network connection - so I can't get one off myself.

 

Also, money drops are not that important farther in the game, just like the hookers and headshot blood streams - I've played a German PS2 version of VCS without those features, and never missed them. (obviously, setting the system language to English; German versions are equal to the Australian)
