If you really want to build it properly, heres what your gonna need. -Maya -GTAIV -The Stuff you currently have inside the world -A google map reference of Los Angeles to work from Keep in mind, if you want to make it realistic Los Angeles, your going to have the build it to the playspace of SA. If you want, you could also get the map from Midnight Club LA, modify it a bit, and just port it over to GTA IV, I do believe it uses the RAGE so porting it over should not be a problem. If you really wanted to you could change all of the bilboards and change Hollywood to Vinewood. yes i agree use the freaking Midnight club LA map please it will be soooooo realistic and wont be much work for you pleas please please convert that map, also convert it with the south central addition to it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This mod would have to give the player a whole new city like the real LA. And the palms were only the beginnings of it. Anyway he is not able to use colissions so he can't change the map. And if you dont like LA you wont have to download this mod (if it were finished). There are enough ppl who would be interested in playing GTA in the real LA; me too.
