GTASA Mod help

Hi, I bought San Andreas V2 and used the downgrader patch, according to what ive read on other forums it was successful (13.7mb file size/no V2 text in bottom corner)

I have replaced vorbisfile.dll and vorbishooked.dll with both Jernej l's and listeners with no success. if i try to run the game with any files with any .asi (such as cleo) in the main directory the game will either crash immediately, or i will get passed all the intros and the screen will remain black for a few seconds then crash. I tried installing cleo both manually and automatically with same results.

If i try to run the game with a vehicle mod it will run fine until i go to enter the vehicle that was modded. I used sami to install the vehicle mods.

 

Ik i write too much and have random sentences kinda scattered around, im just trying to give as much info as possible.

I would reinstall the game and use the compact.exe file at the sannybuilder website. It works better than just using the downgrade patch, as from what I have seen, it hardly ever works. Hope I have helped a little bit.
