Cleo 3 freezes game?

Just a minute ago I had an issue with my game not working with Cleo 3, but thank god I fixed it by downloading another exe.

 

But now I have another problem...When I use the Skin Changer with Cleo 3, the game will freeze after I pick a skin. For example, I put in a Predator Alien skin which turns me into an alien thingy, into the game. I load the game and Cleo 3 is working fine, the version appears at the bottom, everything is fine and running smooth. Then I go to the Skin Changer, Player added skins, and it shows the skin.

 

I click the skin but then "blam" the game freezes. Anyone know whats wrong? I know the mods not the problem because Ive seen multiple people use it on videos on Youtube.

 

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premuim service pack 2. But I dont think its my computer because I can run the game flawlessly fast without a problem. Including mods and trainers, etc.

 

Again I ask, whats the problem?

If you look at the main Menu you will see the Centre bar of it is labled:

 

MODDING.

 

You click on that bar and you will be in the section you want.
