Spark and *.wtd file questios

ok, i was trying to install new skin of gta4 car. i liked Lamborgini..(spell..whatever)

 

so i downloaded it. but i realized that i should change infernus to Lambor..whatever.

 

it means i can`t see infernus in the game anymore.

 

but what i wanted was...that i wanted to change normal cars to new cars.

 

for ex, Roman`s taxi, or just cars that that you don`t even know their names.

 

 

if it is infernus.wtd can i change it ..for example artug.wtd. and does it works?
