Problem editing handling.cfg

Recommended Posts

I have a problem with some downloaded cars and handling lines included in their readme's... If I copy the whole line and paste into my game's .cfg, it makes the game crash at the moment when I try to enter the vehicle... Tried to figure that out myself and found out that the problem lies within the first part of the line before the suspension data, if I leave the first part as it was and change only the second part everything seems to be working fine... Here's an example of handling sets that causes crash:

BENSON   7500.0 15000.0 2.0 0.0 0.5 -0.2 80 0.75 0.70 0.5 5 144.0 12.0 20.0 R D 20.0 0.5 0 40.0 1.2 0.2 0.0 0.35 -0.1 0.5 0.0 0.45 0.5 40000 884058 0 2 2 2

This comes with Benson converted from GTA IV by Automan, but I also had this with several other cars. Can someone please check that or just look and give out some ideas what might be wrong with it, because I have no clue whatsoever...
