Hmm, I would guess that it's the 'Trial by dirt' mission, seeing that it isn't in your stats. It's the Sanchez time trial right next to Test Track downtown. If that's not it, make sure you did the shooting range challenge after you've completed 'The Shootist' if you haven't already.

When your stats show 99%, you could be missing up to 2 things...

 

I agree with the above, however there are many things not in your stats... because of this, I created a checklist of possible things remaining at 99% and how to check them....

ps Also, note that their is a possible bug with trial by dirt/test track--- there is a note on this in my checklist--- it may count when you complete it but if the time for both checkpoints is the same, you have the bug in which case follow the fix directions--,

 

If all the above doesn't solve this for you-- or you just want to know without too much hassle.... download "Ancestral Recall"

 

It is a 100% game checker-- will tell you what you have left to get 100%-- will take you about 5 minutes to downloan, switch files around, load up your game and see, then switch back....

 

It is located in the downloads database (toward the bottom) pinned thread in the VC parent directory....

Oh, thanks a lot for the answers. I had used two checklist to see if i was missing something, bu none mentioned that you need a score of 45 on the Rifle Range mission; i had 38.

Id love to, but already passed GTA2 and GTA LC and i have an onboard graphics card, so SA runs really bad, IV is out of he question. Maybe ill get GTA or just move on to another game.

Are you on PC or one of the consoles?

 

If on PC, there is a hidden package collector-- will collect them for you but not tell you where they were-- it is in the pinned downloads database thread I linked to earlier in this thread-- this is a code tool, meaning it does this only-- you will need to switch out one of your game files--- load up the game, save, then switch the file back you switched out before...

 

There is also a minor mod you can put on your PC that puts out a super bright glowing (northern light looking) light above each of the packages and rampages--- makes them impossible to miss-- especially at night...

 

This is on Illspirits old web page-- not sure if it is active anymore--- if you want it let me know and I'll locate it for you.... it is a very minor mod and will not "hurt" your game....

 

if on a console, or you don't want to mess with your PC files, if you have triple checked (using a checklist) you should have some idea where the missing ones are--- did you use a checklist that shows pictures of each package to ensure you were looking in the correct spot?
