Colour Change

Hello. Can someone please change the background colour of this image to the colour #3C3634, so it matches the background of the Connection skin? Alternatively, I may be convinced to use one where the background is transparent and only the vulture's head is visible, depending on which is easier. I would ask too that you smoothen it and touch it up where necessary, but you know what you're doing.
