Hi everyone i havent really been on this part of the forum but just brought a new laptop and am considering purchasing Iv for it! I have been to canirunit.com and it passes everything apart from the OS! I noticed in charlies help topic he has a bit about windows 7 but i just want to make sure that it is possible for it to run on the 64bit version before i part with my hard earned wonga.

Is your question "will GTAIV run on 64 bit Windows 7" ? If yes, the answer is yes (with possible minor complications).

It'll definitely run.

 

As for the minor complications, its heavily dependent on what hardware you have. Google your components and their compatibility with GTAIV, its mostly ATi products I have to say - and dual GPU solutions. Other than that, it should be smooth sailing.
