Bad News: I have a problem starting GTA IV okay so I did every single annoying thing but this happens every time: I try start the game from RGSC Application then after some time the Command Prompt appears (Blank) then it looks like that it's about to start then a message box appears saying "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: DD3D50". That card meets the minimum requirement, but if you are considering purchasing that card I would not recommend doing so. I know that but the system I have right now is temporary I will upgrade it in May I just want to know that can GTA IV run at at least 15 FPS with this card?
