It seems unlikely that 19 months, or so after release, and 3 additional games (2 expansion packs) in the same city that R* would add an update just for a couple of areas. Sorry dude. Hmmm nice bike Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 IMO, I doubt this hints at a new DLC. Where would these two new places be? Would they just pop up in the middle of Broker in between all the other neighborhoods? I think that they might have been beta neighborhood names, and that when they changed the name of a neighborhood, they forgot to change the sign (similar to how the Callahan Bridge in GTA III was called something different on a sign, I believe something like "West Point Bridge"). I'm trying to save you from waiting for nothing. Be reasonable. 2 DLCs already, no announcement, and R* has, as far as I know, never released a GTA IV DLC that suddenly added new territory. They're probably just little easter eggs or hints at a part of the city that was reconfigured, renamed, or just dropped entirely. Going off of not just R*'s history, but game developers in general, they're probably done messing with this game and are moving onto the next one, which we will also create wishlists and petitions for just as I've seen you talking about an Infection mode added to GTA IV, which we all agree would be awesome but simply isn't going to happen (although if it does I'll be stoked). Interesting signs, yes, fun little easter eggs, but certainly not a hint that there will be new territories added.
