Delete your all savegames and gtaset file.

Actually you might want to backup your gamesaves and not delete them.

you edited any file contained in the mod addnew19w?

try running in administrator mode gta4 ...

Yes, I've swapped crappy pistols for nice M4 and MP5 but it crashes also with your original files. I'm using WinXP so there is nothing like Administrator Mode. Got also asi loader and that's all.

with this version we will be able to have weapons of TLAD in TBOGT, and weapons of TBOGT in TLAD ...

 

the first problem ...

 

this weapon in TLAD should have shot the explosion, equal to w_e2_aa12_exp of TBOGT ...

hey i have a problem

i downloaded you MOD for GTA IV that was around 82 MB

and i placed any thing at the placed that you have written in README.TXT

THEN i deleted my save games and started a game

got out of ROMANS car and pressed F3 to trainer

went to weapons

went to spawn episodic 19

and BOOM!!!! game crashed

hehe LOL

you have any advices for me?

i am using WINDOWS 7

5850 AMD ATI

500 GIG hard

4GIG ddr 3 ram

 

and for the EFLC mod

i downloaded and did the same as above

and this time they work BUT ALT+TAB causes game to CRASH to desktop

Okay, on new game works more stable, too bad that we need to start everything from beginning, but, ok that it works. How can I define sound for weapons? I mean, sound from EFLC, like P90, M249 etc, not the standard IV one.

install gta and eflc again ... without mods, install add19new ...

Do not edit any files until you test, gun for gun ...

only then edit one by one ... and test one by one ...

If it's still messing up, go back a few pages to my post with links of downloads you may need. That's what solved my issue.

you have to change weapons sounds manually in trainer

just press ctrl+F and look for "episodic" in your trainer.ini and go for the sounds

and about my self yes i reinstalled and your mod rocks and now i can even use the older mod that first they didn't let me to use this mod

thanks man i saw in GTAgarage you said that there is going to be a second pack

as i said i reinstalled GTA IV plus patch 4 and it worked right but EFLC is buggy when i press alt+tab in game then i go back to game i get MMA10 or SEC10 out of memory errors

reinstall your game, make sure you start a new game and that you have version 6.

before running the game, open the file. ini ...

on your keyboard, press Ctrl + F. ..

search for:

//Spawn Episodic Weapons

 

if so: Episodic=0

 

set for this: Episodic=1

 

again, on your keyboard, press Ctrl + F. ..

search for:

//Sounds for episodic weapons//

 

if the line is as follows: Enabled=0

set for this: Enabled=1

 

Now you must define what audio they need their weapons ...

see category for each game, and gun, the first topic ...

 

I will give you an example: if you use a desert eagle in the slot "episodic_1"

you must set this way:

EPISODIC_1=EAGLE_FIRE

 

save the file. ini ...

run your game ...

press: F3 to open the menu of trainer ...

select the menu: weapons

search for: select episodic weapon (third option, from bottom to top)

episodic choose which weapon, you want the spawn trainer for you ...

voce deve definir assim:

EPISODIC_1=EAGLE_FIRE

 

salve o arquivo .ini...

execute o seu jogo...

aperte:f3, para abrir o menu do trainer...

selecione o menu: weapons

procure por: select episodic weapon ( terceira opção, de baixo para cima )

escolha qual arma episodic, voce deseja que o trainer desove para voce...

se tudo der ceto, voce verá uma mensagem: episodic weapon spawned

e tera a arma selecionada na mão do player...

i use windows 7 32bit and yes when i close EFLC the game crashes but in GTA IV is mega awesome cool mod icon14.gif

for now i do this for added weapons in EFLC

i actually don't add anything but i replace them with some AMB models such as

AMB_TOOLBoX.WTD AMB_TOOLBoX.WDR

biggrin.gif and it works perfect without any need to start a new game

That's true, because you need to do some switches with animations. Ask januantsky for this.

For your first question: It's part of the script, there is no way to add the explosion to any other weapons in BoGT unless you replace the original explosive AA12

Second question: Because there are no physics to the added weapons. It is the .wbd file at the end of all R* official weapons.img files and there is currently no way to open it.

In other words: You can't fix the problems
