Dang, Janusantsky made a mod for TBOGT to have 55 new guns. Isn't it possible to add this for GTA4?

I've been trying to add an assault rifle or a goddam sniper to EFLC based on your mod, but it seems i just can't spawn it

 

...why?! i can only spawn smgs, pistols and shotguns

ok I got it to work, but why the hell was there never ANY and I mean ANY attempt whatsoever from the modding community to add weapon dealers or simple additional peds spawning with these weapons? You figured the ability to add DLC weapons into the main game easy, but adding a vendor capable of selling them was too much?
