You can use the P-90 as drive by weapon by following these steps: 1. In a car, use the "Poor" weapon cheat 2. Make sure you have your Uzi as your drive by weapon of choice 3. Use the "Advanced" weapon cheat and the P-90 should be usable! It's not that great as you would expect, but there it is.
