Also is it possible to change Tommy's voice with some pedestrians voice via modding of the data files as seen here? Thanks! autodesknoob Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 i dont know if vice vity works like san andreas, but you can find tut's to add peds( for san andreas) but if i remember it well, you can only add 3 or 4 xD something like it, better to remplace the peds, but i dont know if in vice city you can do that and for voice, yes its possible i think.....
