Ufermalosu Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 i know where Niko's safehouses are by memory. even so, you can always look it up online. i dont think you can use Johnny's spots to park cars in TBoGT though. so you can save up to 10 cars total with Niko's 4 spaces and Luis' one. In EFLC and TBOGT there are 8 spaces for 16 vehicles (Roman's "mansion" in Broker, Mallorie's cousin's house in Bohan, Roman's penthouse in Algonquin, Playboy X's penthouse in Algonquin, the Pegorino safehouse in Alderney, the Lost MC clubhouse in Alderney, Brian's house in Alderney, and Luis' safehouse in Algonquin). AFAIK Luis and Johnny can use all these spaces, except Luis' space doesn't exist in the Xbox 360 DLC version of TLAD. In all games if you see a parking space you can use it, even if you can't use the safehouse there. yeah my bad. i forgot you can use Roman's crappy burnt apartment parking space and you can use both TLMC clubhouse and Brian's shack. so 5 from Niko 2 from Johnny and 1 from Luis. 16 cars i wish they gave us a couple more to make it a nice even 20. GTA Phreak Posted January 8, 2011 Share Posted January 8, 2011 Hmm, - seems like the Super GT is missing from the list of possible unique colored drug war cars (scroll up for sample, - I've later replaced the maroon one with a blue/pink one) Also the method for obtaining the Bati Custom is a bit too cumbersome: The Bati will appear right after the cut-scene prompting you to chase down Timur, so ignore Timur and get the bike. Timur will also get away a lot quicker than Bulgarin (to fail the mission), so you only need to wait a few secs. before the bike is yours to keep. It might also be worth mentioning that only the Redwood livery seems to be available in BoGT (?), in LaD there are others (specifically I remember a Sprunk sponsored) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yep I remember seeing a black/green Maverick and also a blue one with a purple luster. It was funny since those are odd color styles for a helicopter . I've made a research on the Drug Wars vehicles having played the game just recently, and it yielded a lot more vehicles with special paintjobs than what can be found from the Storyline missions and some I believe were not listed here. The list includes even boats. Also, the special paintjobs come in sets of both color combos and single color. 1. Dark Maroon and Light Yellow Green combo 2. Black and Green combo 3. Black and Blue combo 4. Blue with Red lustre 5. Black with Green luster 6. Dark Maroon (applied to cars with no such color in its assigned color pallette) 7. Black, White and Grey combo Additionally, there was also a Rancher and a Black Buffalo (which I obtained just recently from a sea based drug wars mission) that have permanent colors, meaning, their color can't be changed using any of the PnS pretty much like gang cars. Not sure if this is a glitch since the Buffalo for one have all the others from similar missions with changeable colors except for the black one. Seems impossible to me w/o any prior knowledge. I was also surprised about the Tampa. Got in one today and that sh*t can dip. I remembered it being slow as all get out in GTAIV. GTA Phreak Posted July 18, 2011 Share Posted July 18, 2011 The helicopter you jump from will hover in place until you land on the ground. Once you land, the helicopter will simply fall, - corkscrewing a bit on the way down. So take note of the position you jump from and make sure you land fairly close to that point on the ground (you can ignore coronas and targets). Once you land, look up and locate the falling helicopter, and move towards the anticipated crash point. Hopefully it lands somewhere you can get to it and with tail-boom still attached. I'd recommend the jump at the airport, there's very good odds that it will land on the motorway / overpass. I've also gotten one from the N Alderney jump, you can complete the jump as intended and turn around and walk N. It will fall somewhere just N of the stone outcrop, but often in too deep water. The autopsy report is pending. I start to push away the car and of course I get some heat from these two cops. I think there is a station right across the street, or at least around the block. So I stop for a second. Why? They're jumpin in the Comet! I said ok... Yall can just deliver it for me. Right now I'm crossing the bridge with a police escort and another two cops in the comet. And Ill be damned if they didnt park that sh*t sideways in front of Luis' house. The police cruiser that followed managed to flip the other comet I had there but I got it back. So now I got two purdy comets out front. A special bright red and a normal yellow. Hah... Whent a few blocks north and came back to see like 5/6 pistols laying on the ground around my new acqusition.
