Airborne
I'm quite positive that you don't need to shoot Mori dead in order to obtain his Buffalo, but this is only possible in "Kibbutz Number One". After you dropping Mori off at the dock, simply drive the car to the Bohan save spot (just round the corner) and continue with the mission. After mission end, that car should be still there. I got it in this way. Not sure if anyone pointed this out before, at least after a quick look I don't see any in this topic...

Nice one, but i wonder when will someone update the topic with for example your new method of obtaining Mori's Buffalo... Or Tony's Schafter. His Schafter has a slight..hm...silver? tint to its black color. Either way, i've checked it with Simple Trainer and Tony's car has a "Black Poly" luster. Other Schafters you can find on the streets are either completely black (without any luster) Or black with red luster, then all the other colors that aren't black. I think i should get a screenshot to show the difference http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/9615/schafter.png <here's the screenshot. Bottom one is Tony's, the one above is a normal black schafter found in traffic. Edited July 23, 2010 by Anasterian
Blingy
Hey guys, I actually have a couple of questions for you guys. My first question is that has anybody tried getting Hernado's Cascalade from "Clocking Out"? It's special than the regular one because the whole back of it is filled with bricks of cocaine, and my other question is that is it possible it get the Slamvan in TBoGT? I heard that it is in a mission but is it actually stealable? Thanks.

Didn't try the Clocking Off mission, but Slamvan is not obtainable im pretty sure, because you can't leave the Stretch E when the Slamvans are around. Thestig95
400th Post! No, you cannot get the Slamvan in TBoGT as you cannot leave the Stretch. I never liked that van anyway.

At least I have the other cars to entertain me... I wish I could go back and try the "Clocking Off" mission but I haven't beaten the game (Deleted gamesave..) so I have to do another run through. Could anybody on here try it?
Dominico
I don't get it. Why not use cheats?
kudoboi
I don't get it. Why not use cheats? cuz there isnt any cheats for slamvan to be obtained in tbogt. by cheats i mean cheat codes. for pc users : 2 ways of getting brickade and slamvan in tbogt and tampa in tlad. 1st way: edit cargrp.dat. 2nd way: get a trainer. QCzar
Greetings, folks. New to the forums here and this guide has been a very entertaining and useful addition to my TBoGT toolkit. Thanks to LCStuntman and everyone else who contributed. My question concerns the so-called "Schafter 3", or otherwise known as the unmodded, no body kit, redesigned TBoGT Schafter (hope that was specific enough). It has been said here and on other forums that it cannot be spawned in traffic, and can only be seen in-game by modding. What I want to know is whether that is a definitive, confirmed fact or still in the realm of speculation. I ask because, as I'm sure some of you no doubt know, the GTA Wikia makes no mention of this on the Schafter page. It's on there, pictured with the others as if it were but another available variant. Rightly or wrongly, MANY people use that site as a source of info for finding rare vehicles in GTA games (they'd obviously be better off coming here) and can very easily end up on a wild goose chase when given incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date info. Thus, many will have been lead to believe that, as with the regular/standard Serrano, a plain looking neo-Schafter will appear at some point, in-game. If it definitively cannot, then I think the article needs to be edited to reflect that. However, I don't want to do this if there is still some lingering doubt or uncertainty as to the accuracy of my information. So: Unmodded TBoGT Schafter not able to spawn in traffic, not available in any mission, not available at all without modding? True or False? Mince
Carapapa posted this picture a while back. Apparently the Schafter 3 is just an unused model that you can't get without mods. It isn't the old Schafter or Tony's Schafter. I forgot how much time I used to spend getting special vehicles. Now I don't remember what I have in any of my parking spaces. Ufermalosu
i hear you on that. the next GTA needs to have 1 small underground parking garage where you can park up to 20 cars. TBoGT only has 2 parking spots but you can get just about all of the 'new' vehicles via Henrique and cheat codes. i just used the 2 spots for a red super diamond and Yusuf's gold super drop diamond. im VIP now all i drive is a Rols. but i REALLY love the regular Buffalo. it is much faster than the FIB Buffalo and it looks pretty with different colors. Buffalo and Super Diamond are the best cars in the game. the Tampa is a good muscle car too. i really hope the next GTA has all the cars from these 3 PLUS many new ones. they need to bring back the Phoenix and the Cheetah. QCzar
You can use all of the safehouse parking spots from the previous games (Vanilla and TLAD). Only the safehouses themselves are locked. Together with the Luis' one spot, that gives you 16 slots (or more if you're creative and your game doesn't glitch it up). Not too shabby (very close to your 20). With the ability to basically teleport (aka Taxis), it's really not that inconvenient.
Dominico
For me the hardest thing was to make both Schafters spawn in the same game, since they're so different in TBOGT and TLAD.
The Lolwut Pear
Been driving around a "Schafter 2" for 10 minutes but I can't find a single "Schafter 3". I'll have to check cargp.dat
