Can't download add-on vehicles...

Only 1/10 vehicles seem to work when I download them. The game launches, however ALL of the cars in the game-world are GONE and all there are are pedestrians walking about.

 

Heres what I do with a downloaded file. (That contains a carname.wtd and a carname.wft)

1. I make a copy of vehicles.img from (Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages)

2. I make a copy of handling.dat from Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data

3. I open SparkIV and import the carname.wtd and carname.wft into the vehicles.img.

4. After importing I save the file.

5. I then rename handling.dat to handling.txt and edit the line with the respective carname with the info given in the readme(s).

 

Afterward I launch the game and see if it works... All of the cars on the gameworld are gone/missing and I am unable to see anything nontheless am able to get the downloaded car.

 

Other files I have (All are latest versions and are 100% working):

-dsound.dll

-FileCheckFix.asi

-ScriptHook.dll

 

I am simply trying to get these working in SP...
