Intel Pentium D 3.0GHz 2GB RAM 660GB Hard Disk NVIDIA 8400GS 512MB I have installed the game... , played the game but very damn slow... even at the minimum possible configuration... i cannot play well. Please help me find all the mods, tweaks... etc etc to improve the fps or any event of the gameplay. Lord Phidias Posted December 2, 2009 Share Posted December 2, 2009 your CPU is too old to run GTA IV, it's Pentium D, the game itself requires at least Intel Core 2. And yeah, you also need more RAM and a better graphic card, even a 9500 is not good enough. Basically, I don't think you can tweak it to improve the performance. what fps are you running now? You'll get atleast one frame per second. It was horrible. Now the max FPS is 43 and 25 average. I recommend to play SA too, its a great game too.
