The CPU in the first one would be a bit better for games, but the graphics card in the second one is far better for games.

And for the record, Hard drive storage capacity is not called "memory". Only RAM is called memory.

Why would a quad system have a 7 series Nvidia anyway? That's too odd. BTW, TB mentioned as memory, that's the Hard Drive I'm pretty sure

Because it's on-board video.

And you're only pretty sure that it's a hard drive listed as being 1TB? What else do you think it would be?

I'd personally go for the first as I'd like a stronger CPU, I don't play games very much.

If you get the first though and want to upgrade the graphics card you'll need to make sure that it's got a strong enough power supply to upgrade with. Anything under 500W won't be enough for most decent modern graphics cards.

But, in games and programs that utilize more than 2 cores you'll lose quite a bit of performance just getting the PC with the 9800GT which isn't that amazing of a card anyways.

The 7050 onboard graphics will play games on low settings I'd say. Then save up $150 for a graphics card later on, and if you need a higher wattage PSU then you'll only need $100 more. So $250 total to make it much better. These are USD numbers, btw.

That's kinda debatable. My SFF system (small form factor) has a Q6600 @ 3.1GHz, a heavily OC'd 8800 GTS, 3TB of disk space (as well as another 3TB of external disk space) and 4GB of RAM all running totally stable on a 400W power supply for over 2 years now. It is an 80 plus certified PSU though. I wouldn't trust it with a cheap PSU.

Although, I'm not really sure how much more juice a full ATX mobo is going to draw. And if crossfire/SLI or a dual GPU card is thrown in, wattage will be a concern. But for midrange systems with something along the lines of a Radeon HD 5850, a good quality 400W PSU goes a long ways.

Also we found another computer but with everything the first computer has got except the graphics card, soo witch is better? Nvidia GeForce 7050 512mb VS ATI Radeon HD 4670

oh and i forgot i saw that you were talking about 500w well this also has 520w

In the older series nVidia, I think the ATI card in the HD ranges will perform better, from recollection. I'd try a 7 series, considering mine is a 6200.

And the nVidia 9400, stay away from, for gaming use.

thanks. i might go with the 1st as it also has 2 year gurantee and the 2 other ones are second hand.

Thanks people, great help and sorry for calling the HDD "memory" im spanish lol

Tu hablan Espanol, Si? Mi estudio espanol, pero mi espanol esta muy malo. Conjugation esta muy dificil!

Anyway, They both have their perks...tough choice! i'd go with the first.

(Seriously, why can't i seem to grasp conjugation in spanish?)
