Heavy, indestructable, fast and floating car

I saw a video in youtube with a heavy, indestructable, fast and floating car. I'd really like to have it in my gta IV. Please can anyone tell me where to find it?

You have to modifiy the handling. Try using this tool.

To make the car invincible you have to modify, in damage window, some parameters, inserting all 0. To increase acceleration you have to increase force or inertia (don't remeber). Finally to make the car heavy you have to increase the mass a lot (something like 90000).
