Slamman
It's really abstract to compare even the PSP Stories and the PS2 versions to GTA 4, as the AI is stronger, and the physics different. It's a new thinking in the GTA mechanics, to get the same basic formula down, and I think there are factors on both sides that are pros and cons. The hardest thing to remember, or try is after switching vehicles incognito, to drive like peds around you, but it REALLY appears to work well, unless you've nabbed a convertible, as I posted already, they WILL see you then. I was in secluded alleyway, on the border of the outlying circle police search zone, and they spotted me down the narrow alley, in the dark, When you go up in stealth mode along a wall, it doesn't always benefit. Also on the bridge, from Algonquin to Dukes, you can jump on either side where there's a short cement wall and creep along in CROUCH mode, they won't see you, unless you have the helis over head, if you move at a slower pace, they MAY hop the wall and come after you, but at a moderate clip. If you start running, they do as well, a bit slower though. In the older GTAs, if you drove slow in a car, the police did, if you picked up the pace, they also did, so it seems a bit odd, and it's harder to lose them. I was trying some emergency brake spins to go in the opposite direction, or slamming on my brakes as they tailgate me. If there's enough patrol cars around, they'll PIT maneuver <sp?> you and I've had a case where I was trapped amongst more then a few cop cars! It gets pretty tense!!
