"In the Crosshairs" Help

Hey guys,

 

I'm trying to get a 100% on this one but I always exceed the time limit, first I was doing somewhere around 7 minutes but I cut it down to 5:30ish and still can't manage to get the 4 minute something limit.

 

I was watching a YouTube video about this and the person says to get a Helitours Maverick and park it outside Bulgarin's house and use that, but since I've finished the story every time I park any car outside it disappears when I replay the mission (even though I park it roughly the same spot the person leaves in the video).

 

Any help? Oh also one thing I've noticed is that you don't need to eliminate everyone, once you've crossed to the 3rd building, jump onto the lower building where that massive tree is and just run off and it'll end the mission.

As soon as you take out the four snipers, you can get off the roof and leave the area to pass the mission. Just use the fire escape stairwell to do so.

The one on the right side of the building? (where you end up after you kill the snipers), I saw that but I was hesitant as I thought I might fall over and die.

What weapon do you have in the assault rifle slot? If you got the MG, you should replace it with a M4, much more accurate (you can actually kill all but one sniper with it), with the auto-aim it is not that hard to kill the others, just don't bother killing the enemies on the roof on your left, and take out the grenade launcher quickly, and when you have to go down the emergency stairs, if your health is high enough, you can just fall off the stairs directly to the ground (I don't remember exactly how high they are, so you may have to go down a few stairs before jumping).

I just used the AA-12 to knock down the heli (killing a couple of guys there), and shot the sniper and grenadier on the roof and just sprinting to the buildings and got out
