Jorge F.
Hey there, I started putting some models ingame today but came to a very odd bug and I still haven't figured out how to fix it. When I tried to put my model ingame (San Andreas) I noticed that all the faces where upside down. So all the textures where located on the bottom of the faces/model. First I thought I did something wrong with my DFF so I tried a simple new plane with a texture on it but this worked excellent. Still, the faces of the models of my bridge are still upside down! I made a screen so you could all see the problem: Is anybody familiar with this problem? Ps. sorry if my grammar sucks Edited November 25, 2009 by Jorge F. JohnPro
Yes this is common. A face only gets rendered on one side which means if you wanted a double sided wall you will need to clone the original then flip the clone. To fix your problem import your dff. select the faces that are upside down. then select the flip button found under modifiers tab. Note: Flip is not a modifier, it simply just flips whatever faces you selected. Good Luck Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/433707-faces-from-model-ingame-upside-down/?do=findComment&comment=1059653360 Share on other sites
