It can be something like LimitMo... or something, there are also streets and bottles which are called limo_ So, who parks a limousine in the middle of the street or inside a bottle? It would have been fun, but somewhat unrealistic and bad for the story (a limo company in the slums of Broker run by an unsuccessful immigrant would be unrealistic.) AFAIK in some preview they told that Niko could call for limousines like he can for taxis on mobile phone. They said that Roman ran a taxi/cab depot in the earliest of previews so I doubt he was going to run a limo service from the start. I think originally, instead of changing his taxis to Cavaclades near the end of the game they were originally going to have him start a limo service, but they probably had problems with the AI driving the limo to pick Niko up so they just switched it to Cavaclades for some reason. "just cause it's called limo doesn't mean the trailer with niko in the limo also points to the car service being about a limo and we got taxi's instead for some reason along the lines of keeping niko broke and saving the glamor for 'Tony instead"(note: Not "cab" service in the phone, but "car" service - more commonly associated with chauffeur style car services, not cabby style cab services). All of the reactions I get feel the same. nevermind the fact that it is just long enough to fit a stretch... Nevermind that we saw Niko in a Limo then never rode in one and were told "Oh, we scripted that for the trailer only" Well, there wasn't much else that was done like that, so why just that one scene? Why go through the trouble unless it was already a feature? Oh no, it's called limo because they couldn't spell cab @grey ghost: Good theory, indeed! Probably a technical nightmare though. Rather than remodel the limo interior to remove the TV, they changed vehicles. In one of the trailers it had Niko riding in the back of a limo but who knows. Good programming means that stuff is re-used, why make two seperate depots taking up twice as much space, when you can just use roughly one model for everything? No. As for the Topic, yeah it's possible. But then the whole Plot would have to be changed Niko & Roman were meant to be poor. supermortalhuman Posted November 26, 2009 Author Share Posted November 26, 2009 My old next door neighbors ran a cab business and even drove the same kinds of cars as Roman's cab business (literally - barely marked, an off color left fender) - without a depot. They ran it from their home Down the road there is a ghetto-homey-owned car garage and limo service. Very low class area and look to the place, but it is popular and used and the cars are nice. Just wanted to mention those.
